• במידה ויתברר כי הספרים אזלו מהמלאי ולא ניתן לספקם - תשלח הודעה ללקוח.
• האיסוף העצמי ממשרדי ידע יבוצע רק לאחר הודעה ללקוח שההזמנה מוכנה לאיסוף.
